Loreal Total repairing masque for damaged hair

Hey everyone,

How are you all doing? Today, I have the most amazing hair product with me, to talk about. It's a hair mask by Loreal Paris. It's named Total Repairing Masque and I got the one for damaged hair. First of all, I love the packaging of this product. You can see below, why.

It's this deep red colour of the cap that caught my eye a couple months back. I was looking for a conditioner at the super market when I saw this sitting right next to the shampoos and conditioners. I read that it "fights 5 signs of damage" and it had me there. The five signs of damage that it fights are hair fall, dryness, roughness, dullness and split ends.

As a victim of great hair fall, I thought I'd give this a try. I've been using it for two months now and can definitely notice changes. I don't use this every time I wash my hair but I definitely use it once a week. I use shampoo and conditioner like I normally would and after that, put this all over my hair and tie up my hair into a bun. It says you only need to put it on for two minutes but I give it a good five minutes and then rinse it off.
My hair never felt softer and shiny. Every time I use it, I can't stop touching my hair. I'm just a little upset about my hair fall, as it did not do much for that. It did help a little but I'm not yet satisfied.

Inside, it is this really creamy texture like any other conditioner or hair mask. As far as the smell goes, I think that's another reason why I fell in love with this product. I can't really describe the smell but trust me, you'll just love it. I've noticed that when I put my hair into a bun with the product on, my hair locks in the smell and keep smelling like it for at least two days which is also amazing. I did mention this product in my last video. I highly recommend this product for people suffering with dry and damaged hair. I got this for Rs. 325.

If you try this product out, do let me know if you like it. I'd love to read from you. I'll see you all in my next post. :)

Lakme Absolute Lip tint in Pink Sorbet

Hey everyone,

Lipsticks are one of my favourite products when it comes to cosmetics. It is one of the things that I can’t do without at all. Mascara and a lipstick/lip gloss and I’m done getting ready. A few days back, I got this lipstick or lip tint (as it says) by Lakme ABSOLUTE. This is their latest range of lip tints and nail colours that came out this spring. It is a limited edition lip tint in the shade pink sorbet.

Lakme absolute lip tint

It comes in many different shades too, but I got this really light and creamy pink shade as I was looking for a similar shade for a long time. It is actually a lip balm and a lipstick in one. I don’t need to apply a lip balm under this as it is very moisturizing itself

I’ve been wearing this shade a lot recently and I’m quite impressed with it. It stays on for a really long time and even after it wears off, it leaves a slight hint of pink on the lips for a longer time. I don’t use many products by Lakme except nail polishes, but I guess I’ll have to start using them. I got this lip tint for Rs. 800 and trust me, totally worth it.

I had shown this in my last video too. You can click right here to watch that video.

Have you tried any of the pop tints yet?

Make your makeup last longer

Hey everyone,

As its already summer time, I'm sure a lot of you might be having trouble making your makeup last longer. And the pollution doesn't help either. I'm here to tell you all a few tips and tricks that I use and am very happy and successful at making my makeup last longer.

First I'll start with the eyes. Always prime your eye lids up to the eyebrows before applying any eye shadow. It will prevent your eye shadow from creasing or fading off. It will also prevent them from getting oily which is my major problem. For selecting eye liner, try to use a waterproof liquid liner. That stays on much longer and also will not be faded with sweat. It is also important to use a waterproof mascara.

For lips, again try using a waterproof one. A lip stain would be best, as it stays on for a long time. If you're not using a lip stain then you can do another thing. Apply your lipstick on, then take a tissue paper and place it over your lips and apply some face powder over the tissue. Then remove the tissue paper and apply the lipstick again and follow the same steps once again. This will make your the color sink into your lips and let it stay on for long.

Before applying foundation on your face, do apply a face primer. It makes a lot of difference. It will not only make your foundation last longer, but also prevent it from getting all patchy. It also makes your skin really smooth and reduces the appearance of pores. After applying your foundation, take a makeup setting spray and spray it all over your face. This will again set your makeup well and prevent it from wearing off too soon.

After this apply powder to set your makeup even more. If you have a dry skin, pressed powder will also do the work. But for an oily skin, go for loose powder. This also helps prevent oiliness on your skin. For blush, go for a cream blush instead of a powder one. It will stay on longer. Or you can try benefit's benetint. Its a liquid cheek and lip stain.

So that's all for today's post. I hope you all liked it. Do check out my tips on removing suntan naturally. Have a great weekend.

Quick tips to remove sun tanning naturally

Hey everyone,

Summer is here. And I'm sure that most of you might already be suffering from sun tanning after exposure in the sun for hours, like me. On exposure to sunlight, skin produces a brown colored pigment called melanin, that protects itself form the harmful UV rays of the sun. Once you have suntan, its not easy to get rid of it completely. Here are some natural tips that you can use to lighten the suntan, if not completely reduce it.

1. Lemon juice- Mix some lemon juice with curd. Wash your face and pat dry it. Apply this paste for about 15 minutes and wash with warm water. Again pat dry and apply moisturizer. Continue doing this everyday, if you're going out in the sun everyday.

2. Potato- Peel off a potato and rub it on the tanned skin for 2-3 minutes and wash off normally. You can also use raw potato juice and apply it on the tanned area. Keep this for 15 minutes before washing it off.

3. Cucumber juice- Apply cucumber juice on the tanned area for 15 minutes before washing it off. Cucumber has vitamin C, which will naturally moisturize your akin and lighten its tone too. You can also make paste of cucumber juice and honey and apply this for the same amount of time. This paste is more suitable for dry skin.

4. Sandalwood powder- Mix some sandalwood powder with coconut oil ad almond oil. If you have dry skin, then apply this paste on the tanned area for half an hour. If you have an oily skin, apply it for only 15 minutes and wash off with cold water.

5. Turmeric powder- Make a paste of curd, honey and a pinch of turmeric powder in it. Apply it on the effected area for 20-30 minutes and wash off with cold water.

So, that's all for this post. I hope you all liked it and do let me know if you try this out. :)

Beauty tricks using Olive oil

Hey everyone,

Olive oil is a total must-have for everyone. It has totally worked wonders to my skin and hair. It has vitamin A and vitamin E. It also has anti-oxidants which softens up your skin and hair. It doesn't clog pores and has oleic acid that improves the elasticity of your skin. It's also super-moisturizing for your hair. I've been using olive oil in my daily routine for a little while now and I already love it. Today I'm going to tell you a few ways you can use olive oil for your benefit.

  • Nail moisturizer- Remove nail paint from your nails, if any. Take a bowl and pour some olive oil in it. Heat it for 10 seconds. Dip your hands in it so that your nails are covered in the oil. Keep them for about 10-15 minutes. Take them out for beautiful nails. Apply a lovely nail paint and seal with a top coat to keep them from getting chipped.
  • Hand and feet moisturizer- Use olive oil as a body lotion on your body. It keeps you moisturized and warm so I avoid using it on my body during summers, but I apply it on my hands and feet a couple of times everyday. It keeps them from getting dry.
  • Lip scrub- As mentioned in one of my earlier posts, you can make a lip scrub at home using olive oil. Take a tea spoon of olive oil and a tea spoon of sugar. Mix them well and your lip scrub is ready. Use it and pat dry your lips with a damp towel and apply a lip balm on top of it. It sloughs off the dead skin and makes your lips soft and smooth.
  • Cleanser- Take a bottle and fill it with 3/4 with water and the rest with olive oil. Your cleanser is ready. You can use this mixture to take off your make-up everyday. It doesn't give you any breakouts as it doesn't clog pores. Remember to shake the bottle well before taking it out on a cotton pad. Trust me, it takes off all the makeup at once.
  • Hair conditioning- Olive oil is great for conditioning your hair too. It moisturizes your hair really well and leaves you with soft and silky hair. Put it on at night before sleeping and shampoo your hair next morning. You can also make a hair mask with it. Mix it with some honey and heat it in the microwave for 5 seconds and apply it on your hair 1-2 hours before shampooing.
  • Face mask- Make a paste by mixing some mashed apricots and warm olive oil. Apply it on your face. leave it on for 10 minutes before washing it off with water.

So, that's all for today's post. I hope you all liked it and do let me know in the comments below if you try any of it.

What beauty trick would you recommend using olive oil?

Read YOUR lips

Hey everyone,

Lip care is as important as your skin care. Maybe even more. The skin on your lips is made of just three layers, whereas, your face is made of 16 layers. Lips need more moisturisation than your face, mainly because they don't have sweat glands or sebaceous. Today I'm going to talk about various lip problems and how to deal with them.

1. Dryness: Dryness is one of the most common problems for our lips. Drinking too much coffee or tea, deficiency of vitamin B, winter are the general causes of this problem. You must apply a high SPF lip balms several times a day, especially after eating or drinking. You can also use some olive oil to keep your lips hydrated and speed up the healing process. Another thing you can do is have more of nuts and vitamin-rich foods.
Tip- Apply some petroleum jelly onto your lips and with a soft bristled toothbrush, slough off the dead cells very gently for instant soft and dewy lips.

2. Chapped or cracked lips: The main cause of chapped lips is over-licking of lips. Saliva has enzymes that break down your lips if you lick them too much. Cold temperature and deficiency of folic acid lead to chapped lips too. You should always apply petroleum jelly, in this case. And add a high SPF lip balm on top of that. To get rid of cracked lips, you should drink plenty of water and foods rich in vitamin C. And avoid salty stuff.
Tip- At night, before going to bed, apply some glycerin to your lips. It will keep your lips hydrated all night. Or squash a capsule of vitamin E into a dab of honey and apply to your lips.

3. Dark lips: Sun exposure, makeup allergies, hormonal changes or excessive smoking are some of the major causes of dark lips. Always use high quality brands' products on your lips. Never use a brand you don't trust. It causes major damage to your lips. To get rid of dark lips, you should gently exfoliate your lips regularly and follow up with a SPF lip balm to moisturize. Also massage your lips to regenerate skin cells. You should immediately cut smoking and caffeine intake if this is a major problem for you. Drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet of milk, fresh juices and fresh and leafy veggies.
Tip- Massage your lips with lemon juice or beetroot slices or almond oil or a mixture of honey and crushed rose petals.

So, that's all for today's post. I hope you liked it and let me know in the comments below if it helped you.

Hair fall treatments

Hey everyone,

I know I've been really late with my post this time. I'm so sorry. I've just been busy with my exams and its gonna continue for this entire month. So, please bear with me. :(

Anyways, today I'm here to talk to you all about a very major problem. HAIR FALL!! It happens to a lot of us (including me) and should definitely be taken care of, as soon as possible. So, I'm going to discuss with you all some ways you can prevent hair fall, which have been proven most effective in my case. :)

1. Don't shampoo too often- Washing your hair with shampoo is very important. If you don't wash your hair, then your hair gets oily and the dirt gets stuck to it which causes dandruff, ultimately leading to hair fall. But washing your hair too often with shampoo also causes hair fall. Use shampoo twice a week at the most. Let the natural oils give your hair the nutrition it needs but don't let your entire hair get oily, just your scalp.

2. Old school oiling- Oiling your hair is one of the most important things you should do, at least once a month. Most of us know it but we don't do it. If you want less hair fall, you must oil your hair and massage your scalp for about 10 minutes, once a week. Massaging your scalp helps stimulate blood circulation which keeps your hair follicles active and healthy, thereby, increasing the hair growth process.

3. Protect your hair- Pollution, sun and dirt causes a lot of hair loss. So, while you're travelling, its better to protect your hair from all of it. You can wear a hat or a scarf and tie your hair to protect it.

4. Natural treatments- There are some natural treatments for hair loss that you can try like, garlic, onion and ginger. They have anti-bacterial properties, which keep fungus and bacteria away. Just rub one of these against your scalp and leave it for a couple hours. Then use shampoo and conditioner as always.

5. Worry less- Tension is another big cause of hair fall. The more you worry, the more hair you lose. One of the most effective ways to worry less is meditation. Trust me, it does work.

So that's all for today's post. I hope you all liked it and do let me know in the comments below if you try them out.

Product review: The body shop tea tree kit

Hey everyone,

About two months ago, I got The Body Shop tea tree kit. I had heard a lot about tea tree oils and their benefits. Since, my skin is so prone to acne and pimples and tea tree is really good for that, I thought to give this a try. The kit has four products in it. There’s a tea tree facial wash, tea tree toner, tea tree moisturizer and tea tree oil. It was for Rs. 1895, which is a little pricey but I think it’s worth it.

Mostly, I’m really happy with the oil. It’s just awesome. The guy at the counter told me to apply it directly on the pimples and the pimples will disappear within 24 hours and that’s what I did. It didn’t completely disappear, though, but give it 48 hours and they will totally disappear.  I only use this at night. But you can use it any time you want.

First of all remove your makeup. Then wash your face with the facial wash. Take a damp cotton pad and pour a couple drops of the toner and dab the cotton onto your face. Then take two pea sized drops of the moisturizer on your fingers and apply it on your face. Then take a drop of the tea tree oil on your finger and apply it on your pimples. This is all I do at night to find a soft and pimple free skin by the next morning.

Positive points:

-  Very effective for acne prone skin.
-  Cruelty free products.
-  Easy to carry anywhere as it all comes in a small pouch.

Minus points:

-  I don’t really like the smell of it.
-  It irritates my eyes.
-  The moisturizer tube is way too small as compared to the other products.

So, that’s all for today’s post. I hope you all liked it and do let me know if you try it out.

Product review: Dove elixir Hair fall rescue

Hey everyone,

So, today I'm back with another product review for you all. I had been hearing a lot about the new Dove Elixir hair oils and wanted to try it out. So, last month I went and bought one for myself. It comes in three types: Dryness care, Nourished shine and Hair fall rescue. I got the hair fall rescue one, which is actually rose and almond oil.

First of all, it smells so good. Whenever I buy beauty products, the first thing I see is the smell. and this actually smelled like roses and I instantly got this one. I've been using it for over a month and I'm really very happy with it. I feel like I've been using a lot of Dove products lately but they're actually worth it and I'm gonna continue to do that.

Positive points:

- It has the power of overnight oiling as compared to coconut oil, which I totally agree.
- It can be used before washing your hair as oil and after washing as serum to add shine and help in styling your hair.
- It has reduced hair fall to a great level after using it for a month.
- It smells amazing.
- Pretty affordable. (Rs. 185)
- It comes in a pump bottle which is pretty convenient in using.

Negative points:

- It's comes in a glass bottle and so is not that easy to carry for travelling.
- Dove tests its products on animals.

DIY Hair mask

Hey everyone,

So, today I'm going to share with you all my all time favorite home made hair mask. This is another of an easy DIY. So, let's get started,

All you need is honey and coconut oil. The quantity depends on the length of your hair. You need less for short hair and more for long hair. But both of these things should be taken in an equal quantity. Take it out in a pan and warm it up a little so it becomes a liquid mixture. Then apply it on your hair with your fingertips. Start from your scalp to the tips of your hair. After that put your hair into a bun and wait for about an hour. Then wash your hair with shampoo and follow up with a conditioner. And you'll be left with soft and shiny hair. Do this once a week for at least 3-4 months for best results.

Home remedies for pimples

Hey everyone,

Pimples are like the worst enemies of a person. I have an oily skin and I get breakouts every once in a while. There are a few home remedies of pimples and acne which work best for me. So, I thought I would share them with you all too.

1. Lemon juice- Lemon juice is known for its exfoliating benefit. It is also very good for diminishing pimples, acne and scars. Mix it with rose water, taking equal quantities of each, and apply that liquid on the effected area. Keep it on for at least half an hour and wash with normal water. Do this for 3-4 weeks for best result. You can also mix it with groundnut oil and apply it on the effected area for half an hour for 3-4 weeks. If you want, you can also make a paste with it by mixing it with either sandal wood powder or cinnamon powder and apply in the manner. Personally, I prefer the sandal wood powder more. You can also apply lemon juice directly on the effected area but I would not encourage that much as it can be really drying and harmful to your skin.

2. Honey- Honey has anti-bacterial properties which helps fight acne and pimples. At the same time it is a very good cleanser and moisturizer for your skin. Here are a few ways you can use honey to get rid of pimples. Mix 3 table spoons of honey with one table spoon of cinnamon powder and apply it on your face and leave it on over night. Do this every night for at least 2 weeks for best results. You can also mix it with grated apple and apply on the effected area.

3. Turmeric- Turmeric powder reduces pigmentation on your skin. It also helps maintaining the elasticity of your skin and prevents stretch marks. It is also one of the best ways to reduce pimples and acne. You can mix turmeric powder with coriander juice or mint juice or both to create a thin liquid. Apply it on the effected area regularly for best results. Or make a face mask by mixing turmeric powder with curd and gram flour.

4. Oils and gels- There are various types of oils and gels that can be used to cure acne and pimples. Tea tree oil, aloe vera oil and aloe vera gel are one of them. They have antibacterial properties that help fight acne and pimples. There are various brands that have products with these ingredients in it. I feel, the body shop has the best range of tea tree oil products. Marigold and wheat germ oil are also very good for reducing pimples and acne.

5. Garlic- Garlic fights ageing, removes blackheads or whiteheads and also helps reduce pimples and acne. You can rub freshly peeled garlic directly on the effected are or you can also ingest it, but don't overeat it. It might also have side-effects.

6. Pulps- Pulp of ripe tomatoes are very good for curing pimples. Apply it on the effected area and leave it on for at least an hour everyday for best results. Cucumber and papaya pulps are also very good. Apply it in the same manner as tomatoes. You can apply raw juice of papaya as well on the effected area in the same manner.

So, that's all on home remedies for pimples. I'll see you in my next post. :)

How I style: Patterned pants

Hey everyone,

Patterned, printed or colored pants are so in this season. Lately, I've been wearing them too. Especially, colored leggings. They look so good and at the same time, are so comfortable. So, I decided to share with you all how I style them and incorporate them into my daily outfits.

This is more of an everyday or my go to look. I choose a single color from the pants and I wear a blouse of the same color and do the same thing with the neck piece but with a different color. In this look, there's already too much going on with the leggings and the outfit is colorful enough. So, I add a neutral bag and footwear, just to minimize the amount of colorfulness of the outfit (if that makes sense :P).

First of all, floral prints are my favorite at the moment. And I also have a floral printed leggings that's slightly similar to this one. So, this outfit is more of a feminine one. Here, the top does not have a color from the leggings and is just white. So, to add color to the outfit, instead of neutral accessories, I chose a color from the leggings and added the neck piece and the clutch of the same color. You can wear a pair of heels with this (neutral or colored, both will go), and you're good to go.

Do you like to wear patterned pants?

The classic red lip

Hey everyone,

I love red lips. A red lip is the perfect way to dress up an understated outfit. So, here's how you can carry the red lip with confidence, or any bright color for that matter.

Lucy Hale
         So, let's get started:

- Cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin. Let the moisturizer set for about ten minutes before applying makeup.

- Use a concealer to hide any spots or redness and also under your eyes to cover dark circles. Follow up with a foundation that matches your skin tone and blend well even on your neck.

- Complete the base with a translucent powder, as this will make the foundation last longer and stay in place.

- Use a neutral toned eye shadow as a base on the upper eyelids and blend well till the crease line.

- With an angled brush or an eyeliner brush, apply eyeliner as close to the upper lash line as possible and blend well. Highlight the inner corner of your eyes and brow bones with a highlighter or a white pencil. (You can also use the white liner along your lower lash line to make your eyes appear wide and awake.)

- Swipe at least two coats of mascara on your upper and lower lashes.

- Apply blush on the apples of cheeks and blend well towards your ears. Apply bronzer on the hollows of your cheeks for contouring and highlighter on your cheekbones and along the bridge of your nose.

- Outline your lips with a red lip liner which is of the exact shade as your lipstick and fill in your lips with the lip pencil. This will make your lipstick last longer. Apply your lipstick on top of it and blot with a tissue paper. Dab on some translucent powder through the tissue to ensure that the color stays in place. Apply another coat of your lipstick and add a hint of gloss just at the centre.

Tip: For darker skin tones, use shades of reds mixed with a bit of brown or chocolate. Keep the tones deeper. While blue-based reds tend to make your teeth look whiter, coral and poppy reds can actually make your teeth appear more yellow.

Which lip color is your favorite?

Your skin's BFF

Hey everyone,
How are you all doing? I love using more and more of natural products on my skin, which don't have any side effects and pretty much suit every skin type too. So, I thought why not do a post on it. Today I'm only going to talk about neem.

Neem is very good for your skin. Here are some ways you can use neem for your skin's benefits:

  • Eat their small leaves- You can eat the small leaves first thing in the morning. It helps reduce pimples and gives glow to your skin.
  • Bathe with its water- Leave the neem leaves overnight in some water and bathe with its water next morning. You can wash your hair with it too.
  • Make a paste with honey- Grind fresh neem leaves and make a paste by mixing it with honey. Apply the paste evenly on your face and neck and rinse off after dried.
  • Make paste with sandal wood powder- You can also mix neem with sandal wood powder and some rose water to make a paste. Apply it evenly on your face and neck and rinse off after dried.
  • Neem oil- If you have a dry skin then massage neem oil into your skin with your fingers once in 15 days. And if you have an oily skin then do this just once a month for a soft and glowy skin.
So, that's all for today's post. I hope you all liked it. And I'll see you in my next post. :)

P.S. I need at least 50 followers to have a giveaway so don't forget to follow me and let others also know about it. :)

Natural moisturizer

Hey everyone,
How are you all doing? So, today I'm going to be sharing with you all an all time favorite beauty routine of mine, which doesn't take up a lot of your time too. All you need is lemon and honey.

Honey is really good for moisturizing your skin and lemon helps remove the dark spots and acne from your skin. Take about a table spoon of each and stir them together to make a yellow color liquid and apply it evenly on your face with your fingers. After that, just lie down and relax for about 15 minutes. You can also put cucumber slices on your eyes. Then, rinse it off and you will be left with a soft and glowing skin. You will love your skin after that. I do this every evening and sometimes right after I take off my face mask.

So, that's all for today's post. I hope you all liked it and do let me know if you try it out. I'll see you in my next post. Have a nice day. :)

P.S. I need at least 50 followers to have a giveaway here. So, don't forget to follow and let others also know about it. :)

Everyday essentials: part 2

Hey everyone,
How are you all doing? So, today I am gonna be doing the second part of Everyday Essentials. You can read the first part here. Today, its gonna be a wardrobe essentials post. I'm gonna be showing you all some things that are essential for a wardrobe. So, let's get started. :)

1. Little black dress- This is the most important thing in a wardrobe. You can wear this in so many different ways that it'll be a new outfit every time you wear it. One time, wear a skirt over it and other time wear a crop top over it. Add a cute pair of heels with it and you have another outfit ready. Maybe I'll do another post later showing the different ways you can wear your LBD.

2. Scarf-  A scarf is like my go to accessory. Some times when I don't understand what accessories I should put on, I just throw on a scarf. I have like tons of them in different colors and prints. It looks really cute and during winters, it also keeps me warm.

3. Denim shirt- I love wearing shirts. Especially denim shirts. Its just something you can wear any time and with anything. Add a pair of leggings and sneakers and you're good to go. Or you can also wear it above a tank top as a vest or something and it looks so good.

4. Flat ballerinas- One of my most worn shoes is flat ballerinas. They go with almost everything like a dress, skirt, jeans etc. And also another of my go to accessory. Its so comfortable to wear and walk around in. These one are gold studded which look really cute.

5. Tank top- This one is a sequined skull tank top, which I think, looks awesome. And I also have a ton of tank tops in my wardrobe which I wear almost everyday. I just throw on a jacket, a blazer or a coat above it and add a scarf. Its such a comfortable, warm and a cozy outfit.

6. Handbag- This one is a black leather bag which is big enough for me to carry around all the things that I need all day long. I never go out of my house without a bag and this bag looks just perfect for me.

So, that's all for today's post. I hope you all liked it and do let me know about your wardrobe essentials in the comments' section below and I'll see you all later. :)

P.S. I need at least 50 followers to have a giveaway. So, don't forget to follow me and do let your friends also know about it. :)

Product review: Maybelline BB Cream

Hey everyone,
How are you all doing? So, today I’m going to be doing a product review. I personally love reading or watching product reviews, so I thought I’d do one for you guys too. This is my first one so wish me luck. J So, today’s product is going to be Maybelline New York BB Cream. I’m not much of a makeup person. I mean I love doing makeup but I don’t wear makeup all the time and for days with no foundation, BB Cream is a life saver. You people already know my love for Maybelline products. I mean there’s seriously not a single thing that I don’t love. So, I thought of giving its BB Cream a try too. So, let’s get started.

Packing: The first thing that I see in a product is whether it’s handy or not. This one is a little small in size and that’s a plus point as it’s easy for me to carry it around if I need to.

Usage: You only need to take a pea sized amount or maybe a little more depending on your preference but as for me, a little amount goes a long way. And you can easily apply it with your hands too. You don’t need any brush or sponge for the application.

Coverage: It has a good coverage (maybe not as good as foundation) but as compared to other BB Creams, it is quite good in covering blemishes and redness.

Sun care and moisture: It has a SPF 21, so no need to apply any sun screen lotion. Plus, it hydrated your skin all day (app. 8 hrs) but I do have to apply a little moisturizer around my mouth before applying the BB Cream as that part gets dry very fast. So, that’s a minus point. L

Result: I am quite happy with it and going to use it a lot right now. And for a natural look add kohl to your lower lash line and a natural/neutral shade lipstick and you’re good to go. J

You can buy it here. I use the natural shade but it does come in more shades.

So, that’s all for today’s post. I hope you all liked it and do let me know which BB Cream do you use in the comments section below. And I’ll see you in my next post.

P.S. I need at least 50 followers to have a giveaway for you people. So, make sure to follow me and let more and more people know about it.

Favorite nail shades

Hey everyone,

How are you all doing? :) Today I am gonna be posting about my favorite nail paints for fall/winter. I am a total nail paint freak. I mean I just love nail paints and I change them almost every day according to my mood. If you follow me on instagram, you might have noticed I post a lot of #NailsOfTheDay pictures. So, I thought why not do a post on it and share some of my favorites with my lovely readers too. So, here I am.

These are among my most used nail paints. I'll go through them one by one.

1. FACES Silver Delight 22- Its a shimmery silver color. I like this nail paint a lot but only for the first two days. No matter how much top coat you add to it, the shimmer part of it erases and then it doesn't really look good after that. So, for the first two days, its great.

2. COLORESSENCE Midnight Blue H-6- This will be my second favorite color for this season. I know its not really a dark toned and winter type of shade but I really don't care and I absolutely love it. Sometimes, I add a clear glittery nail paint on top of it and it makes it even more gorgeous. I posted a picture on instagram of me wearing it like that too.

3. COLORESSENCE Chocolate 14- And this, my friends, is my favorite of all. I absolutely love love love this color. My fingers actually look like chocolate when I wear it. Ans sometimes, I kind of wanna eat it too. ;) lol. :D Anyways, its just awesome.

4. STREET WEAR Ash 31- This color is like a bronze shade which looks just gorgeous. I mostly wore it on my hands but recently (actually right now), I'm wearing it on my toes which doesn't look that bad.

5. LAKME Cremes 421- This is the most popular and loved shade this season. On its first coat, it gives a normal maroon type of a color but after the second coat, it just turns into a blakish kind of shade, which is awesome too but not really what I thought it would be.

So, this is all for this post. I hope you all liked it and do let me know about your favorite nail paints in the comments section below. I'd love to read them. :)
